The Christening was Fab!! ...

I've had a Fab day today & I'm so excited because I can now show you the box cards that I have being dying to show you they were made from K & Co paper & the sparkly Ribbon on the top just made them look great. So here they are ....

Can I just say what a nightmare I had last night I nearly put the wrong name on the card which I was making for someones Grandson, I checked it at the last minute & I Had got it wrong. So the name on the card is wrong but when I gave it to the Lady it was correct Phew......... the little boy loves animals so out came the Molly Bloom stamps & I hand coloured using Pro markers the cow & Molly & George. The background paper was by KanBan & It just looks sooo cute .... take a look ...

I eventually got the right name on the card & The lady loved it which is really good to hear... Tonight I'm making the last christening card & I'll be able to show you it tomorrow. I Also bought the new Christmas Molly Bloom Stamps from Dainty & I'm sooo excited to get stamping. Dainty have asked that I take some in o show them  when I get a second I'll be making them ... so until then ...

I decorated the card box for the christening its so stunning that I am dying for Nyah & Evie to see it ... The box was blank & I just put on some black ribbon & personalised it for Nyah & Evie & then added a lovely sparkly bow ... so here it is ...

Patch in his train ...

I have to just say I love this this card, I was asked to do a box card for a Thanks giving naming day for a little boy who loves trains .... & I thought Patch would be ideal & he was. The card shows the front & the back of the train & has a personalised message on the top. so instead of me going on here it is what do you think?

Nyah & Evies Christening Cards....

I know that these cards aren't your normal "Christening Card" but that's because Nyah is 8 & Evie is nearly 5 (that's if her mam lets her be 5..) So its their day & Nyah has designed her invites & everything so I decided to make them a card what they would want. Evie just loves Red & Black & I made her Ladybird & Flower out of  paper using the QUILLING technique & I was so impressed with myself. Nyah's card was easy because she loved one of my Pink & Black cards on my blog so I decided to make it pink & Put a black sparkly butterfly on the corner. I personalised the middle by saying thank you for letting me join them on Their christening ... I'm sure  they will love them ... Anyway I have went on far too much here is the cards

So they are like my wine tags ... But sometimes cards that stand up get a bit boring & so I decided to make these so that they can hang them anywhere and they would stand out which I am sure they will .... Tonight I'm making 2 box cards for Nyah & Evie's Auntie & uncle but I'm sorry that i can't post them on my blog till Sunday ... but tomorrow I'll be posting the train card that I was asked to make for a thanks given Naming day ...

OMG The hedge is on fire ...

What a weekend I've had as you can see in my title someone set the hedge alight & The car nearly went up, So for everyone who helped me I made a little thank you tag & hung it around the wine, & I thought I'd share them with you. They were done really quick & I just hope the glue on the ribbon was dry cause they were done in 30 minutes... so here they are ...

Quilling is so much fun..

Well i made a little lady bird & a flower last night & I am really pleased with them, but I Can't show you them until I make Nyah & Evie's christening cards, but you haven't got long to see them because the christening is next Sunday... So the card today that I'm posting is a new style card which I haven't made before ... Its an Easel but it also swivels .... you see what I mean when you see the pictures so here it is ...

Nyah & Evie's Aunty Card ....

Well I thought that I would show you the card I made last night & it was just perfect for Nyah & Evie to give to their Auntie. The paper was from an old collection by do crafts & the little butterfly was from a collection from Kan Ban where they had Flowers & butterflies in the pack. The swivel was made with clear elastic you'll see what I mean when you see it... here it is ...

I Know I'm late ...

I'm late because I've been making a card for Nyah & Evie for their Auntie Kelly & I wanted to get it right... I'll be showing that card tomorrow because that when its her birthday. Tonight I'm showing you a card for a Granddad's birthday & I just love the rosette, They can be a bit tricky to make but they are worth it. The paper which I used was from Tilda Winter Bird range & I Used my big shot to make the shape of the card ... its not a easel .... shock !!!! but I did put the crease at the top of the card .... so here it is

Well I tried to show something different and for a man ... Its quite hard making men's cards because they aren't floral are pretty colours so you have to use different materials & that's what I did here. Thank You ...

Yes its the thank you card for a man that I promised you yesterday. Its a really easy card to make & I just loved the paper. The Quote was made from Anna Griffin vellum quotes which I back with a nice yellow paper, The base of the card was made from K & Company paper. I cut the stars using die cuts, But if you don't have cutting machine you can buy them from me by emailing me... So back to the card here it is ...

I Made this card in about 1 hour & When it was finished I was really happy with the result & Yes it wasn't an easel ... Well after work I went along to Hobby craft & bought a beginner's quilling kit which I am just dying to try. The flowers which I made for the last card was made with a quilling tool, So be prepared because everything that moves will be quilled ... so until then

Handmade Chrysanthemums ....

OMG ...I made these flowers night I'm still in shock because they look like a real chrysanthemum I did 3 different sizes using the paper that I had used through out the card I used my favorite paper from & Company  I Know that your going to say " Not another Easel" but the fact is because can't get them in the shops everyone wants one I'm going to sell them on eBay 3 of each size & 3 of my special bows for £6 but if you want to buy them off my blog just email me at Sugarfairy1@live.co.uk..... so here are the flowers
